About Me
My name is Zach Hayward and I’m an internet technician based out of Gualala, California. I am a Certified Fiber Optic Technician and am currently the lead technician for a fiber-to-the-home network serving over 1800 homes. I have extensive knowledge on a range of home network systems and enjoy improving and simplifying customers everyday user experience.
My goal with Hayward Network Solutions is to help clients not only improve their home network, but also make sure they understand it. Home networking systems can get complicated or confusing quickly which can result in a frustrating user experience.
